  [BC] Crew Details

What does [BC] stand for? Glad you asked. [BC] = Blue Cards.

Where we work, employees are divided into 2 classes, permanent and contract workers. White PhotoID cards for the perms, and Blue PhotoID (aka Blue Cards) for the contracted work force.

Originally most of our crew consisted of a bunch [BC]'s, from various departments, that liked to frag in the evenings after a long day of slave labor.

Today, over half our crew are good natured players/friends that have been added to our collective force, and do not actual work for the same company that we do. Currently all members live and reside in the good ole' U.S.A. or Canada. We are not prejudiced, and love to frag everyone regardless of nationality.

*Juniors are our very own kids, we love to supervise them during deathmatch. Translated: Nothing like kicking the shit out of your kids online, much better than beating them with a belt or switch. Their ages range from 6 (no joke) all the way to 12.

Yes. Most of the [BC] Crew are LPBs (low ping bastards!) That's life... LPB does NOT equate to better; skill is always a factor. A few of our team mates have been recently blessed with cable, ADSL, or Sprint ION high-speed access; but "cut their teeth" on crappy 26.4 thru 56K dialup fragging for the last 4 years. Our server-admin/players do their best NOT to normally play on their own servers where the ping may turn into Xtreme-LPB (sub-50 ms). Tired of slow-ass dial-up?? Check here to see if you can get something better.

We have seen a few players regularly whine or complain about low-ping when Truzenzuzex[BC] is online; let us say this: when he gets in the "zone", ping don't matter, you are toast. Truzenzuzex[BC] finally got cable in August 1999, but regularly kicked everyone's ass when he was on 24/26.4k dial-up (the best his phones can handle) - 4 years of high-ping makes for a good player all-around.

Even with LPB in mind, we can name at least 10-15 regular non-[BC] players that kick our ass EVERY game regardless of connection speed. At least 8 of these regular players are on 28.8/56k connections.

Are we recruiting? Not really. If we think you deserve to be a part of the [BC] Crew, then we will probably give you a yell.
